Terms of Service

By using the OneStudio website or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Our Services

OneStudio provides creative services including brand identity, UI/UX design, web design, and digital marketing. Service details, scope, and pricing are agreed upon through a written proposal before work begins.

2. Intellectual Property

All deliverables created by OneStudio become the client's property upon full payment. Before full payment, all assets remain the property of OneStudio. OneStudio reserves the right to display work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Payment

Payments follow the schedule agreed upon in the proposal. Late payments may result in project delays. OneStudio reserves the right to pause work if payment is not received as agreed.

4. Revisions

The number of included revisions is stated in each package proposal. Revisions beyond the agreed limit will be subject to additional charges.

5. Limitation of Liability

OneStudio is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business information shared during the project.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with 14 days written notice. Payment for completed work must be settled upon termination.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation; if unsuccessful, through applicable legal channels.
